As Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales Strategy and Programs for Gemalto, Colleen McMillan is responsible for building and leading a channel-centric go-to-market strategy to drive global revenue growth of Gemalto security solutions and firmly establish Gemalto as the undisputed leader in data cyber-security solutions. Colleen joined Gemalto in 2H of 2016 to drive accelerated revenue growth, extend the Gemalto footprint targeting untapped market opportunities, and also improve channel operations, enablement tools and partner satisfaction. Colleen has a proven track record of growing revenue in directing global channel sales strategy and partner programs for security, virtualization and enterprise software leaders including Qlik, Citrix and VMware. Prior to joining Gemalto, Colleen served as Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales and Enablement for business analytics software company, Qlik prior to their acquisition by Thoma Bravo. As Senior Director of Worldwide Channel Services at Citrix, she led the business through a highly profitable services solutions launch for Citrix and the partner community resulting in revenue growth and increased customer satisfaction. In addition to being involved with volunteer activities, Colleen assists with non-profit boards and mentoring. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from Florida State University.
