RSAC 2017 Recap
This year, the RSA Conference drew a record number of over 43,000 attendees and more than 550 companies on the expo floor. Gemalto was among the organizations exhibiting in the South Hall. Like previous years, Gemalto had a great week at RSA Conference! Below is more information on Gemalto’s presence at the show in case you missed us.
New Products:
The week of RSA Conference, Gemalto Enterprise & Cybersecurity team launched two new hardware solutions – SafeNet Luna HSM 7 and SafeNet CN9100 High Speed Encyrptor. These solutions provide organizations with the most robust encryption solutions to protect data across the cloud, enterprise, and high-speed networks.
Live Demos:
In addition to promoting the new hardware in the booth, the team also had multiple live product demonstrations including:
- SafeNet Authentication Service (SAS)
- Mobile PKI Authentication
- KeySecure and Connectors
- Crypto Command Center

In-Booth Theater Presentations:
Our product management and partner community gave over 20 live presentations in our booth over the course of the RSA Conference. Topics included Internet of Things, Cloud Security, Enterprise & Cybersecurity, SSL Everywhere with F5 and more!
Yarn Wall:
Our marketing team leveraged the back wall of the booth to create an interactive “yarn wall” which allowed the conference attendees to tell their security story. Attendees were given a piece of yarn, and were asked to answer a series of questions including:
- What are your greatest security concerns?
- Where is your most sensitive data?
- How are you currently protecting the data?
- How confident are you that your data would remain protected in the event of a breach?
All in all, RSA Conference was a great event for our team and we look forward to returning in 2018!
